Web3 consulting
Strategy, architecture and advisory for organisations moving into blockchain, digital assets and AI. We help you decide what to build, how to build it and what it will take to run, before the first line of code is written.
Where we advise
Three areas of advice, drawn from systems we build and run ourselves.
Technology consulting
Blockchain and AI strategy grounded in what can be built, operated and maintained, not only what can be demonstrated.
- Blockchain and AI strategy and roadmaps
- Architecture reviews and technology assessments
- Platform, protocol and vendor selection
Digital assets and tokenisation
Advice on bringing assets, payments and treasury on chain, with the economics and the risks set out before anything is issued.
- Asset tokenisation and stablecoin design
- Tokenomics and incentive modelling
- Payments, DeFi integration and treasury strategy
Governance and regulatory readiness
Governance models and compliance processes designed alongside your legal counsel, so the system and the rules it must follow fit together.
- Governance structures for protocols and networks
- KYC, AML and reporting requirements built into the design
- Jurisdiction and risk assessment with your legal advisers
How an engagement works
A structured engagement that links your business goals to the technology and to the rules that apply to it.
Assessment
We learn your goals, your constraints and the systems you already run, and identify where blockchain or AI can add real value.
Strategy
A clear recommendation on what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone, with the reasoning written down.
Roadmap
A phased plan with costs, timelines, risks and the decisions that need to be made at each stage.
Validation
Where it helps, a proof of concept that tests the riskiest assumption before a larger investment.
Delivery support
We stay involved through the build, either as your delivery team or as an adviser to the team you choose.
Industries we advise
Advice shaped by the regulation, the risks and the opportunities of each sector.
Banking and financial services
Digital asset custody, settlement and tokenised deposits.
Asset and wealth management
Tokenised funds, on-chain reporting and new distribution channels.
Payments and fintech
Stablecoin payments, cross-border transfers and faster settlement.
Real estate
Fractional ownership, title records and transparent rental income.
Government and public sector
Registries, digital identity and records the public can verify.
Healthcare
Consent management and audit trails for sensitive data.
Supply chain
Provenance and tracking that every partner can verify.
Energy and sustainability
Carbon credits, energy trading and verifiable reporting.
Why work with QuorX
Advice from people who deliver
Our recommendations come from systems we build and operate, so they account for what happens after launch.
Technology neutral
We recommend the platform that fits your requirements and explain the trade-offs of every alternative.
Business, technology and governance together
Strategy, architecture and compliance are considered in one plan rather than in three separate reports.
Roadmaps that last
Plans built to adapt as technology and regulation change, with clear points at which to revisit each decision.
Transparent reasoning
Every recommendation comes with the options we considered and the reasons we rejected them.
Long-term partnership
We stay available after the engagement ends, for reviews, second opinions and the next stage.
Frequently asked questions
What does Web3 consulting include?
Strategy, architecture, tokenisation and governance advice, technology assessments and roadmaps. An engagement can cover one of these or all of them.
When should we bring in a consultant?
As early as possible. The decisions made before development starts, such as the choice of network, token model and governance, are the hardest and most expensive to change later.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. We are engineers and advisers, not lawyers. We work alongside your legal counsel so that the technical design supports the regulatory requirements they identify.
Do you work with startups or only with large organisations?
Both. We work with founders validating an idea and with established organisations planning a larger programme. The engagement is scaled to the stage you are at.
How do you handle confidential information?
Every engagement is covered by an NDA. Access to your documents, systems and data is limited to the people working on your project.
Tell us what you are building.
One email, one call, and a written answer on whether we are the right team for it. If we are not, we say so. It is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month three.
