How we work together

A small team of senior engineers, building systems where a mistake costs money. The way we work follows from that.

  • Real ownership

You own a part of the system from specification to production, and the decisions in it are yours.

  • Decisions in writing

Specifications, threat models and decision records come before code, so you never have to guess what is wanted.

  • Async by default

Work when you work best. Few meetings, clear written briefs and answers that do not wait for a call.

  • Every failure becomes a rule

Postmortems live in the repository and shape the next build, so the team gets sharper with every incident.

What we offer

These apply to every role. Anything specific to a role is listed on its page.

  • Work from anywhere

Fully remote and async by default, with the team working around CET.

  • Published rates

Every role shows the rate we actually pay. We do not negotiate down from a number we published.

  • Paid on time

A B2B contract in PLN or the USDC equivalent, with monthly invoices paid within seven days.

  • Equipment provided

A company laptop and hardware security keys, provided and configured for you.

How hiring works

Short, written and the same for everyone.

  1. Apply

Answer the questions on the role page. They tell us more than a CV does.

  2. We read it

An engineer on the team reads every application, and we reply whether or not we take it further.

  3. A conversation

A call with the people you would work with, about work you have already done.

  4. An offer in writing

Scope, rate and start date, written down before you commit to anything.

Nothing here fits?

Write anyway. We read every message, and we have opened a role for the right person before.
