These terms apply to your use of quorx.org (the "website"), which is run by QuorX sp. z o.o., ul. Ignacego Łukasiewicza 4/33, 38-700 Ustrzyki Dolne, PL. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The website describes our company and services. Its content is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement.

Nothing on the website is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset or token. Blockchain systems and digital assets carry significant risks, including the complete loss of funds.

The content, design, logo and name of the website belong to QuorX or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for personal or internal business use, with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.

When you send us an enquiry or an application, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website links to third-party sites such as GitHub and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, QuorX is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be decided by the court with jurisdiction over our registered office, unless mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
